1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "ok bajji", "platform", "we", or "site" refers to the ok bajji website and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or visited it without registering.

These terms apply to all adults located in Bangladesh who use ok bajji. Using the platform indicates that you have read these terms in full and agree to comply with them.

ok bajji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the site. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with ok bajji, you must be at least 21 years of age. Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and banking details — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may lead ok bajji to suspend account verification or payment processing.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our customer support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.4 Account Verification

ok bajji may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified period, withdrawal requests may be delayed or the account may be temporarily restricted.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ok bajji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds will be added to your balance after successful verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if account verification is pending.

ok bajji will process withdrawals only through the same method used for the deposit. For bank transfers, payments can be sent to major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Islami Bank, provided the account name and bank details match the registered information.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of any fraudulent or suspicious transaction, ok bajji reserves the right to suspend or cancel the related payment and close the account. Accounts found to have used chargebacks or unauthorized payments may be permanently banned.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,500 bonus requires wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

ok bajji offers various bonus promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot special offers, and cricket betting bonuses. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Once a bonus has been applied to an account, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus offers — such as claiming the same offer through multiple accounts or using a bonus outside the specified games — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

ok bajji reserves the right to confirm all bets. Odds that have been offered may be withdrawn due to technical errors, data feed issues, or publishing mistakes. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for various games and betting markets. These limits are clearly displayed on the game page or in the bet slip. ok bajji reserves the right to change bet limits for any member.

5.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket and football, results are determined according to the relevant internationally recognized outcome. Any bet linked to match fixing or score manipulation will be cancelled and the related account will be subject to investigation.

5.4 Casino Games

In live casino, slots, and table games, if a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded. Any incorrect amount displayed due to a software error is not valid.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bajji platform:

• Operating an account while being a minor, or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
• Placing bets or gaining gaming advantages through automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Claiming bonus offers through dishonest means, such as opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or find vulnerabilities.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other members or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If any prohibited activity listed above is found, ok bajji reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

ok bajji's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week. The weekly cashback rates are: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, and Diamond 1.5%.

Cashback is calculated automatically and credited to the account at a set time. Cashback is subject to its own wagering requirements. Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

ok bajji reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms under special circumstances. Changes will be communicated in advance.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

ok bajji is committed to protecting users' personal information. Details on what information we collect, how we use it, and whether any information is shared with third parties can be found in our Privacy Policy. By opening an account, you accept that policy.

Payment information is stored in encrypted form. All data transfers are secured via SSL protection. Your financial information is not shared with any third party, except as required for payment processing.

9 Responsible Gaming

ok bajji believes that gaming is entertainment — not a way to earn income. We encourage members to set their own budget before playing. The user bears full responsibility for any gains or losses resulting from gaming. ok bajji does not guarantee the outcome of any bet or game.

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

ok bajji may amend, expand, or partially cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be considered effective from the date they are published on the website. For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or on the platform.

A user may request to close their account at any time by contacting ok bajji customer support. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, subject to the terms and conditions.
